This fee is mandatory for all vehicles entering the community, including those simply accessing the cabin, and is set and collected by the HOA (not the host). Homeowners also pay substantial monthly HOA dues that help maintain the lake, roads, security staff, and amenities. Each pass is valid for 7 days and covers your vehicle for the duration of your stay. Easy parking is available on the driveway for your convenience.

We had an incredible stay at Staycation Sierra in Pine Mountain Lake! Our group of 7 fit comfortably, and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing views and how peaceful and quiet the property was. The location is perfect—just a short distance to the lake and an easy drive into Yosemite, which made for an unforgettable day exploring the park. After a long day out, it was so nice to come back, cook dinner together in the well-equipped kitchen, and relax. One of the highlights was our outdoor movie night followed by time in the hot tub under the stars—such a great setup and experience. Everything about this stay felt thoughtful and relaxing. This was easily one of the best short-term rental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a scenic, comfortable, and memorable getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! We loved all the amenities: outdoor movie screen, game room, hot tub. The bedroom off the upper deck was awesome—-the bed was super comfy. We appreciated the privacy this property afforded due to being set apart from neighboring places. We could leave the bedroom curtains open to see the sunrise spreading its glow across the forest and we could watch the birds and squirrels from our bed. The decks were perfect for morning coffee, meals and movies. Breathing all that fresh mountain air was so refreshing. Such a perfect way to decompress from our busy lives. We enjoyed hiking the trails that are within walking distance (so convenient!) We also loved the cute little town of Groveland; nice places to eat and some wonderful shops with artisan wares. We want to go back when we have even more time to explore. It’s a perfect home base for day trips to Pine Mountain Lake and Yosemite. Overall a glorious getaway!

Staycation Sierra was honestly one of the most beautiful places I have stayed near Yosemite. It was a very beautiful home, super clean and well taken care of. The Host was super helpful with any questions or concerns we had. They made our stay wonderful, definitely will be coming back!

Such a beautiful location. It was relaxing and peaceful. The area has a few small resturants and shops. I loved all the clear instructions and guides on how to use everything provided by the house. Also, loved how stocked the kitchen was with all cooking wear. Overall very clean and amazing deal! We would definitely stay here again.
