This fee is mandatory for all vehicles entering the community, including those simply accessing the cabin, and is set and collected by the HOA (not the host). Homeowners also pay substantial monthly HOA dues that help maintain the lake, roads, security staff, and amenities. Each pass is valid for 7 days and covers your vehicle for the duration of your stay. Easy parking is available on the driveway for your convenience.

Staycation Sierra was honestly one of the most beautiful places I have stayed near Yosemite. It was a very beautiful home, super clean and well taken care of. The Host was super helpful with any questions or concerns we had. They made our stay wonderful, definitely will be coming back!

Such a beautiful location. It was relaxing and peaceful. The area has a few small resturants and shops. I loved all the clear instructions and guides on how to use everything provided by the house. Also, loved how stocked the kitchen was with all cooking wear. Overall very clean and amazing deal! We would definitely stay here again.
