This fee is mandatory for all vehicles entering the community, including those simply accessing the cabin, and is set and collected by the HOA (not the host). Homeowners also pay substantial monthly HOA dues that help maintain the lake, roads, security staff, and amenities. Each pass is valid for 7 days and covers your vehicle for the duration of your stay. Easy parking is available on the driveway for your convenience.

Such a beautiful location. It was relaxing and peaceful. The area has a few small resturants and shops. I loved all the clear instructions and guides on how to use everything provided by the house. Also, loved how stocked the kitchen was with all cooking wear. Overall very clean and amazing deal! We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The host was extremely responsive and a great communicator even after hours, the home was spotless and appears to have been recently updated throughout with really nice kitchen and bathrooms. The layout was great with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs which kind of breaks up the living space and provides some privacy for everyone. Additionally the open floorplan of the kitchen/dining area/living room was great. A second living room downstairs also provides an additional place to hang out. The hot tub was also "just the ticket" for us weary hikers after a day in Yosemite. We have stayed in many Airbnb's over the years and this one was the best. It's like they took all the learnings from hosting over the years and designed the perfect place. Well done!!!

A truly cozy and comfortable getaway with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The home is well-equipped with a grill, hot tub, and fireplace, and its secluded location means you can enjoy your time without worrying about disturbing neighbors. The host was very responsive, consistently replying within about 30 minutes during our stay, which we really appreciated. One suggestion: it would be helpful if the listing included clearer guidance on the correct entry gate location, since following GPS directly can lead you to a locked gate that guests cannot use. Also, noting in the listing whether basic items like salt and pepper are provided would help guests plan accordingly. Overall, we were 100% satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
